It was truly an honor and privilege to present at the Africa Roundtable 2023 Summit (ART2023) held at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa.
We had the opportunity to speak on a topic close to my heart: empowering rural teachers with Servant Leadership skills. In doing so, we not only recognize the vital role teachers play in shaping the future but also recommit ourselves to supporting them, especially in underserved communities.
As we celebrate International Teachers’ Day, We join in honoring all teachers in Tanzania and around the world. Their dedication, patience, and selfless service continue to inspire generations and build stronger societies.
