As we continue to embrace the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 16 — focusing on peace, justice, and strong institutions — we are Eduheroes are humbled to have represented the Kilimanjaro Dialogue Institute (KDI) at the Jews, Christians, and Muslims (JCM) 2024 Summit held in Kigali, Rwanda, and simultaneously in Germany and Indonesia.

Under the theme “What is Home,” the summit connected three continents — Africa, Europe, and Asia — bringing together diverse voices in pursuit of universal peace.

In commemoration of World Interfaith Harmony Week, we reflected on the pressing challenges facing our societies today. It was a powerful dialogue on the role that religious leaders, NGOs, and governments must play in restoring harmony and building a world where everyone can feel safe and at home.

During this journey, we also visited the Kigali Genocide Memorial, a powerful and sobering reminder of the importance of our shared responsibility to promote peace and unity across borders, cultures, and faiths.

At EduHeroes, we remain committed to being part of this global effort — nurturing dialogue, understanding, and peace in every community we touch.

Let’s all work toward a world where every person, everywhere, can call peace their home
